Alder Projects was established in 2000, building homes in Alberta and relocated to the beautiful Okanagan in 2010. John brings an extensive knowledge in the construction industry beginning in the early 1980’s, with Susan joining him in 2000. They came to the Okanagan with the vision of building luxury homes while enjoying all that British Columbia has to offer. As a smaller builder, Alder Projects takes pride in the attention to detail and personal relationships we form with our clients. We work together from the planning stages, to develop the ideal design for each individual client, to the final vision and design details. We work directly with our trades to ensure the highest of quality goes into every home.
